Master Planned Community - many homesites have pond views, grand trees, wetlands, common areas and/or community park views. Community plans include 134 acres of passive and active park space including access to the planeed Town of Mt. Pleasant mulit-use sport fields, access to the Wando River and 17 miles of wildlife corridors and sidewalks. Over 313 acres of both wetlands and wetland buffers and more than a mile of river frontage. Also planned is a large recreation center including tennis courts, swimming pool, kiddie pool, basketball court, club and pool house and fitness center. |
