Master Planned Community - many homesites have pond views, grand trees, wetlands, common areas and/or community park views. Community plans include 134 acres of passive and active park space including access to the planned Town of Mt. Pleasant multi-use sport fields, access to the Wando River and 17 miles of wildlife corridors and sidewalks. Over 313 acres of both wetlands and wetland buffers and more than a mile of river frontage.
